HP Recommended
Example: Pavilion 15-CW1013na
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Troubleshooter says Wifi does not have valid IP configuration. Won't let me input password when I click on my provider network option. Just keeps saying "no internet". Internet is working, My husband's pc gets internet OK or I couldn't type this. I went out, came back after a couple of hours and it just stopped automatically connecting. Have switched off and switched on again for the PC and the modem. Have tried the HP support video but my pc does not have a removeable battery. Tried to update driver but the response was I already have the best driver for this pc - though how it could do a proper search without connecting to internet i don't know. Its windows ten, but note sure if 32 or 64 bit.  I have extended cover - 3 year pick up and return service. But if there is a quick fix I can actually understand, I would be grateful to know. Thanks very much
