Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, i've a problem with my notebook (hp 650). The wifi led is always off and most important there only are a few wifi signals (the wifi signal disappear after a few seconds and then reappear), and my wifi doesn't show up (also wifi's icon is like when there's no connestion, all the time). I've tried reinstalling the drivers (also manually), then i reinstalled windows, but nothing happened. Then i tried to work on the hardware, i replaced the network card and the ssd. I also tried to use hp support assistant but nothing happened (it say that there are no problems). I already tried to use an external usb wifi adapter,but obviously nothing changed the signal is the same.
