Hi:

You can only install an Atheros wifi driver for the atheros wifi adapter.

The latest W10 wifi driver for the Atheros wifi adapter is this one...

10.0.0.318    Jul 14, 2015

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp71501-72000/sp71815.exe

That is an outdated wifi adapter and there are no recent W10 drivers for it.

The screenshot in your other post shows an Atheros wifi adapter.

Only atheros wifi drivers will work on an Atheros wifi adapter.

Only Realtek wifi drivers will work on a Realtek wifi adapter.

Only Intel drivers will work on an Intel wifi adapter.

Only Ralink wifi drivers will work on a Ralink wifi adapter.

Only Broadcom wifi drivers will work on a Broadcom wifi adapter.

Got it?

Unfortunately, I would have no idea what to do about that.

You probably need a new display, or the cable that goes from the motherboard to the display.
