If someone can help me please, HP customer support is non existent at this point

 

Last week my wifi was simply gone, turned out that there is an issue with the wifi driver and it also detected something wrong with a USB port?  IT desk couldn't solve it through reinstalling and updating the drivers, but after doing a BIOS update the problem seemed to have disappeared and I could use wifi again. However now I turned on my laptop and it is showing the same issue. HP customer is unreachable, is there anyone who knows how to solve this???

Update: bluetooth also doesn't work anymore
