wifi drivers problem

@ravi_9456,

Thank you for posting your query on HP Community,

What exactly seems to be an issue with the Wifi drivers? Is Wifi driver detected in the device manager?

Let's run a test on the Wireless module from F2:

- Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the computer.
- Turn on the computer and immediately press Esc repeatedly, about once every second.
- When the menu appears, press the F2 key.
- On the main menu, click Component Tests and Look for Wireless Module.

If the wireless test passes, then I would suggest you try to uninstall the wireless drivers from Device manager and then reinstall it.

Right-Click on start button> click device manager> Network adapters>then select the wireless drivers and right-click on it and uninstall the Wifi drivers.

Then restart the computer and check if you are able to go online.

Finally, please update the bios, chipset and wifi drivers from this link: http://hp.com/drivers Please select the country and follow the on-screen instructions.

Also, download and install HP support assistant on your PC. It should automatically download and install the latest updates and drivers for your PC.

Refer this link to know how to use HP support assistant.

You may refer to the steps suggested in this support document for - HP PCs - Troubleshooting Your Wireless Network and Internet Connection (Windows 7)

Let me know how it goes for further assistance.
