it My laptop pavilion 14-dv1xxx, it is getting connected at first but with in 2 minutes it gets disconnected and its not going to connect at all.
I have restarted, updated and uninstalled and installed the   Realtek RTL8822CE 802.11ac PCle Adapter.

Hi,

Since the laptop connects at first and then disconnects after about 2 minutes, I would not keep reinstalling the same Realtek driver only. Please try a clean HP-based troubleshooting path:

Product: HP Pavilion Laptop 14-dv1xxx
Wireless adapter: Realtek RTL8822CE 802.11ac PCIe Adapter

  1. Run HP Network Check / Wireless troubleshooting first:
    https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_1997137-1439082-16
  2. Install the latest HP-approved drivers for the exact Pavilion 14-dv1xxx model, especially:
  • Wireless LAN driver
  • Bluetooth driver
  • Chipset driver
  • BIOS update if available

HP Pavilion Laptop PC 14-dv1000 drivers page:
https://support.hp.com/in-en/drivers/hp-pavilion-laptop-pc-14-dv1000/2100802883

You can also use HP Support Assistant to detect and install the correct updates automatically:
https://support.hp.com/us-en/help/hp-support-assistant

  1. Do a clean reinstall of the wireless adapter:
  • Open Device Manager
  • Expand Network adapters
  • Right-click Realtek RTL8822CE 802.11ac PCIe Adapter
  • Select Uninstall device
  • Tick “Attempt to remove the driver for this device” if available
  • Restart the laptop
  • Install the latest WLAN driver from the HP driver page
  1. Check power saving settings:
  • Device Manager > Network adapters > Realtek RTL8822CE
  • Power Management tab
  • Uncheck “Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power”
  1. Test with another Wi-Fi network or mobile hotspot. If it works on another network, check the router settings, especially 2.4 GHz / 5 GHz band separation and router firmware.
  2. If the issue continues after HP driver, BIOS, and network troubleshooting, run HP PC Hardware Diagnostics to check for a possible wireless card hardware issue:
    https://support.hp.com/us-en/help/hp-pc-hardware-diagnostics

If the adapter still disconnects after all these steps, I recommend contacting HP Support, because the Realtek WLAN card itself may be failing or unstable and may need service/replacement under warranty.

Below is the link to the latest Wi-Fi driver HP currently has for the Realtek RTL8822CE Wi-Fi adapter:

Version 2024.10.231.0

sp171538.exe

The above driver is considerably more recent than any of those on your notebook's support page.
