Wifi is not available on HP EliteBook 665 16 G11

Dear All.
The problem is a laptop Elitebook 665 16 G11 8Z714AV windows 10/11 does not show any available wifi networks (pic. below).

However any other device can find a bunch of a networks in same place (pic. also below).

What have been done to solve it:

1. Installed latest updates of drivers, OS and even BIOS.
2. Installed previous versions of wifi adapter driver.
3. Installed windows 10 instead 11.
4. Also tried possible combinations of the previous points.
5. Windows troubleshooter does not make help.
6. Restarted wlansvc and network adapter.

Any of step does not helped. In a same time windows device manager and hardware diagnostic does not show any problem.

Out of curiosity, I have launched Ubuntu and everything is great, Wi-Fi found networks and connected. So the problem is not a hardware, definitely it's a software.

Is it possible to find a solution or it would be better to refund by warranty to buy another laptop?

Introduction: I have founded several feedbacks about Realtek 8852CE WiFi 6E module. In general it's a very capricious adapter and it works depends on hardware configuration and driver versions.
Solution: Use one of the oldes version of network adapter driver.
In my case it works with version 6001.16.126.328 and before.

56 driver versions for Realtek 8852CE WiFi 6E
