Dear All.
The problem is a laptop Elitebook 665 16 G11 8Z714AV windows 10/11 does not show any available wifi networks (pic. below).
However any other device can find a bunch of a networks in same place (pic. also below).
What have been done to solve it:
- Installed latest updates of drivers, OS and even BIOS.
- Installed previous versions of wifi adapter driver.
- Installed windows 10 instead 11.
- Also tried possible combinations of the previous points.
- Windows troubleshooter does not make help.
- Restarted wlansvc and network adapter.
Any of step does not helped. In a same time windows device manager and hardware diagnostic does not show any problem.
Out of curiosity, I have launched Ubuntu and everything is great, Wi-Fi found networks and connected. So the problem is not a hardware, definitely it's a software.
Is it possible to find a solution or it would be better to refund by warranty to buy another laptop?
Thanks in advance and best regards, Vladimir.

Introduction: I have founded several feedbacks about Realtek 8852CE WiFi 6E module. In general it's a very capricious adapter and it works depends on hardware configuration and driver versions.
Solution: Use one of the oldes version of network adapter driver.
In my case it works with version 6001.16.126.328 and before.
