Wifi is off all the time with my HP ENVY x360 laptop

Hallo guys

I just bought my HP Laptops in end of Dec 2022, but sometime when i "sleep" my laptop and sometime i forget to shutdown it. The next day, the wifi always off. I have to shutdown and restart many time to have the wifi back.

I tried to contact HP support but it´s really complicated to be able to reach a real person who can help.

Can you please help me?

Hi:

The only suggestion I can offer, would be to update the Mediatek Wi-Fi and Bluetooth drivers to their latest version if you have not done so already, and see if that helps.

Hallo Paul,

Thank you so much for your support. I have tried what you suggested. It was working for some day and then the same thing happen again. Even sometime when i let my Lap in the "sleep" status for a while, the whole laptop was frozen, can not even put the password to enter.

What i can do now is, every time it´s happened again, i have to shutdown/restart around 4-5 times and then it works.
