Whenever I on my mobile hotspot (which is connected to a wifi) , laptop doesn't show the hotspot name in wifi . But, 

Whenever I on my mobile hotspot, using my own data it shows in wifi section.

Why this happen? 

I can't find any solution from the internet. May be you guys can help.

That is simple. your phone can't do both at the same time. When turn on hot spot, it will disable wifi

You don't understand my point. 

My mobile is connected with a wifi. I can give someone hotspot from my mobile. 

When I turn on the hotspot, it's doesn't show in my laptop wifi section.  But my Hotspot is on. It's shows on another device like mobile laptop. 

But, 

When I turn on my sim data. Wifi is off. & Turn on hotspot. It shows in wifi section in my laptop. 

Why this happen? 

Why my laptop doesn't not show my mobile hotspot when it's connected to a wifi?
