Hi

Well you are not giving much away about your system, so ....

If your WiFi network is not working, then that comes from your router, so maybe try and log in to the router and/or ask your ISP for help.

If/When the WiFi network is working I would suggest checking the PC using something like this, and posting relevant results.

@ECHO OFF
getmac
systeminfo
PowerShell -Command "Get-NetAdapter"
PowerShell -Command "Get-NetAdapter -Name * | Format-Table -View Driver"
PowerShell -Command  "GIP -Detailed"
PowerShell -Command "Test-NetConnection"

PAUSE

Copy and paste into NotePad, save as LBB.bat and doubleclick to run.

Sorry for my late reply

Adviced by my Ziggo (dutch TV network), I had to switch off all windows-services en restart my computer again , enabling the login to my Ziggo account.  Doing so my WIFI-network was disabled, loking asif the " flying switch"  was enabled( no radio signals etc).  Later on I found that enabling all services, my problem was solved for now;  although i do not know what services are really necessary en what services are not in Windows.

Sorted for now.

Prego.
