Notebook HP Pavilion 15-n002la

Agradezco ayuda!

saludos

Hi, Pablo:

Do you know what model Wi-Fi adapter your notebook came with?

If it is a Ralink model, that happens all the time on the newer builds of W10.

There is no fix other than to install a different model Wi-Fi adapter.

If you don't know what model Wi-Fi adapter your notebook has, below is the link to the service manual.

c04439615.pdf (hp.com)

There is a service door you can remove, and you should be able to see the model of the Wi-Fi card on the Wi-Fi card's label.

If you find that your notebook has a Ralink Wi-Fi adapter, you can upgrade it to this dual band model:

Broadcom BCM4352 802.11ac 2x2 Wi-Fi + Bluetooth 4.0 combo   HP part # 724935-001.

You can find this model Wi-Fi card on eBay.

Search by the HP part number.
