Hi @Shanker7

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.

It sounds like your HP Laptop 15s-f s5112TU is experiencing multiple issues, including Wi-Fi not showing, sound being disabled, and other services or features not functioning.

Here are some steps to troubleshoot and resolve these problems:

1. Wi-Fi Not Showing:

  • Check Wi-Fi Adapter: Open Device Manager (press Win + X and select it). Expand Network Adapters and check if the Wi-Fi adapter is listed. If not, try enabling hidden devices from the View menu.
  • Update Drivers: Right-click on the Wi-Fi adapter and select Update Driver. If updating doesn't work, uninstall the driver and restart your laptop to reinstall it automatically.
  • Run Network Troubleshooter: Go to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Additional Troubleshooters and run the Network Adapter troubleshooter.

2. Sound Disabled:

  • Check Audio Drivers: Open Device Manager and expand Sound, Video, and Game Controllers. Right-click on your audio device and select Update Driver. If updating doesn't work, uninstall the driver and restart your laptop.
  • Run Audio Troubleshooter: Go to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Additional Troubleshooters and run the Playing Audio troubleshooter.
  • Check Sound Settings: Right-click on the sound icon in the taskbar, select Open Sound Settings, and ensure the correct output device is selected.

3. Other Services or Features Not Working:

  • Run System File Checker (SFC): Open Command Prompt as an administrator and type sfc /scannow. This will scan and repair corrupted system files.
  • Check for Windows Updates: Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and ensure your system is fully updated.
  • Reset Windows: If the issues persist, consider resetting your PC by going to Settings > Update & Security > Recovery > Reset this PC.

If this solution hits the spot, please come back and click "Accepted Solution" to help others find the answer. And if you'd like to say thanks, select "Yes" on the bottom left of the public post, as that would make our day! 😊

Take care, and have an amazing day!

Regards,
