Hi @Rokib576,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I hear that Windows shows “Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems (Code 43)”; HP guidance says this means the device reported a problem to Windows. A suggested HP step is to reinstall the device driver manually. You can also check the device status in Device Manager

What to do:

  1. Open Device Manager in Windows.

  2. Find the Wi‑Fi device, right-click it, and select Properties.

  3. Confirm the status on the General tab.

  4. Reinstall or update the Wi‑Fi device driver.

  5. If needed, uninstall the device in Device Manager and then reinstall/update the driver.

  6. Restart the PC after making changes.

I hope this will help.

Take care and have a good day.

I'm an HP Employee.
