HP Pavilion 15-cs2073cl
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I use a Pavilion 15-cs2073cl and m wifi refuses to turn on. I have used all applicable command prompt commands and ways to resolve this. I cannot find my any driver that says Wireless Network Driver in Device Manager or in Control Panel. It is like it dissappeared, Only ethernet is showing up in the Control Panel but it says the Network Cable is unplugged. I have already and re-downloaded and installed the driver for the Intel(R) Wireless-AC 9560160MHz wifi card for my device. I have done this twice and restarted my computer, but he issue still persists. Can someone tell me what is wrong? Do I need to upgrade to Windows 11 or do I need to reset my PC to resolve this? And i have already tired to go hp website to get my drivers but they discontinued supportfor my computer, so the drivers don't sohw up.

Hi @Vilostrike218,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd be glad to help you!

Network Check

Network Check is a comprehensive diagnostic that can automatically diagnose and repair issues that prevent your network or internet from functioning correctly. Click here to launch.

If you have performed all the steps from this document and still having issues, this could be a hardware issue with the network card. In that case, I recommend you contact phone support for more options.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance
