Hello

I have a pc with windows 11. The diagnostic tells me: the network adapter does not have a valid IP configuration. How can I solve the problem?

HP Recommended
  1. First thing's first, try rebooting your computer.
  2. Configure your network adapter settings.
  3. Restart Your Router.
  4. Reinstalling your Network Adapter.
  5. Try Forcing IPv4 by Disabling IPv6.
  6. Assign a MAC address to your network card.
  7. Enable DHCP.
