@Prince_kumar1,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It sounds like your HP OMEN 16 is having serious issues with missing drivers, which could be causing both the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth problems. Since resetting your PC didn’t work and you’re getting errors, here’s what I suggest.

Check Device Manager for Missing Drivers

  1. Press Win + X and select Device Manager.
  2. Look for any yellow exclamation marks under:
    • Network Adapters (Check for Wi-Fi drivers)
    • Bluetooth
    • Other devices (this might list missing drivers)

If you see missing drivers:

  • Right-click the device → Update driver → Search automatically for drivers.
  • If this doesn’t work, move to Step 2.

Install Missing Drivers Manually

  1. Go to HP’s official support site.
  2. Enter your OMEN 16 model number.
  3. Download and install the latest Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and chipset drivers.

Try Restoring Network Settings

If drivers don’t fix the issue, reset your network settings:

  1. Open Settings → Network & Internet.
  2. Scroll down and select Advanced network settings.
  3. Click Network reset → Reset now.
  4. Restart your laptop.

Fix Windows Reset Issue

Since resetting your PC failed, try running Startup Repair:

  1. Boot into Windows Recovery Mode:
    • Turn off the laptop, then turn it back on while holding Shift.
    • Select Troubleshoot → Advanced options → Startup Repair.
  2. If Startup Repair doesn’t work, try System Restore (if you have a restore point).

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
