Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds like your HP OMEN 16 is having serious issues with missing drivers, which could be causing both the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth problems. Since resetting your PC didn’t work and you’re getting errors, here’s what I suggest.
Check Device Manager for Missing Drivers
- Press Win + X and select Device Manager.
- Look for any yellow exclamation marks under:
- Network Adapters (Check for Wi-Fi drivers)
- Bluetooth
- Other devices (this might list missing drivers)
If you see missing drivers:
- Right-click the device → Update driver → Search automatically for drivers.
- If this doesn’t work, move to Step 2.
Install Missing Drivers Manually
- Go to HP’s official support site.
- Enter your OMEN 16 model number.
- Download and install the latest Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and chipset drivers.
Try Restoring Network Settings
If drivers don’t fix the issue, reset your network settings:
- Open Settings → Network & Internet.
- Scroll down and select Advanced network settings.
- Click Network reset → Reset now.
- Restart your laptop.
Fix Windows Reset Issue
Since resetting your PC failed, try running Startup Repair:
- Boot into Windows Recovery Mode:
- Turn off the laptop, then turn it back on while holding Shift.
- Select Troubleshoot → Advanced options → Startup Repair.
- If Startup Repair doesn’t work, try System Restore (if you have a restore point).
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
