Hello.
I hope someone can help me, because I've already tried everything and I don't know what to do.
I have a HP Pavilion Laptop PC 15-eh0000 (9WD46AV) notebook
My problem is that when I use the notebook with the battery (disconnected from the charger) the Wi-Fi connection works poorly in some applications. When the notebook is connected to the charger everything works normal.
There are no connection dropouts and the speed tests are fine, however in some applications the connection is too slow for some periods of time.
Sometimes it works fine for a few minutes and then slows down again.

This happens less if some application is using a lot of bandwidth (if dropbox is downloading something for example)
I thought it might be some power setting, but changing the power options didn't help.
I have no pending updates.
I also tried resetting the device but it didn't fix it.

Any ideas?

I see you are experiencing battery issues with the HP Pavilion Laptop PC.

 

I have a few recommendations 

  • Update your Notebook computer to the latest BIOS from HP.COM.
  • Make sure the Windows and HP support assistant updates are up to date. 
  • Try doing Recovery from HP shipped USB Recovery kit.
