Hi

After installation of SP87554 (installed automatically via HP support assistent) my network connection "especialy Wi-FI" does not work. It is not visible in "Network Connections" and I can see  via "Device Manager", that drivers are not installed correctly. My Wi- Fi is "Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 8265". I tried to update the drivers directly from Intel side, but the situation is the same. Wi-Fi is not working. Only one way is to recover OS back to working version.

The seccond problem is, that update regardinhg network contains the latest patch form MS and situation is the same. This pacth destroyd my internet connection and I have to recover back.

Product Name:HP EliteBook 1040 G4

Serial Number:[edited]

Product Name:1EQ14EA#BCM

Coudl you help me with this issue?

Regards

Milos

Hi

I do not understand your anwer. I wrote, that I downloaded drivers directly from Intel. And it did not help. This is some custom too, that shoul connect via internt to check the most suitable drivers for me. But how? When I will install the update form HP and I can not connect?

Again.

I am OK now.

When HP support assistant install the pach, I can not connect to internet. So, how can I then install any tool to check for me the drivers on the internet?
