Product: Envy X360 Convertible 13-y0xx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Windows cannot access \\IP. I'm able to ping the drive and access the server using remote desktop, but cannot access the share folder on the server. Other Windows 10 devices are able to do. My was able to access but since the HD was replaced and new OS is loaded I'm no longer able to. Please help.

Please try

 

(a) Open File Explorer,

(b) Click Network,

(c) Allow Network to see other devices on network,

(d) Right click Share folder on network,

(e) Map Drive.
