Product: HP ENVY 17.3 inch Laptop PC 17-ch0000 IDS Base Model
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

So starting mid day today, my screen began to flicker/glitch periodically. I checked for updates and there was one that I proceeded to do. After restart, I was stuck on the HP loading black screen. I did the hard power off, then got a screen for a driver watchdog error and now it states “your pc needs to be repaired.” I performed a diagnostic quick test and everything passed but I cannot enter recovery mode & don’t want to lose my files. I’m not tech savvy so I do not know how to do external backups/boots/etc. I need help please!
