Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi I upgraded a device from windows 10 to windows 11 and have a issue connecting to the internet I am able to connect to the WIFI but I don't get any internet what I have tried already is following the prompts from the virtual assistant re-installing the driver tried hotspot from my cell an external wireless adapter but still no luck does anyone have a solution i can try?

Good day all

 

I ended up having to reinstall the OS which resolved the issue. had to wipe the Hard drive completely to remove all drivers, after the OS reload new drivers were downloaded that I tried already but worked only after a clean install.
