i am looking for Windows 7 64bit Bluetooth driver for HP ZBook 15 G3 to use Apple Airpods

Unfortunately, I don't know what to do about that.

 

In the device manager under the bluetooth category, if you see an Intel bluetooth adapter and it reports working properly, then that means the Intel bluetooth driver was installed successfully, and the problem lies somewhere else.

Hi:

 

What model wifi adapter does your PC have?

 

You have to install the corresponding model W7 bluetooth software/driver for the model wifi adapter your mobile workstation comes with from the support page.

Go to the device manager.

 

Click to expand the Network Adapters device manager category.

 

There you will find the name and model number of the wireless network adapter.

 

Let me know what model it is, and I will post the link to the W7 bluetooth driver you need.

thanks I have downloaded and installed the drivers. the laptop recognizes the airpods, but there is still a problem with the functionality: when i  display the properties of my airpods-device and choose the Hardware-Tab, I see two exclamation marks at the Bluetoothentries

i try to translate the german text: "the driver for the device was not installed. (Code 28)"
