HP Notebook - 14-bs057sa
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have a laptop which has windows 10 and 7 (both 64 Bit) and Windows 7 has no graphic, WiFi  or USB 3.1 drivers and I really want to fix this problem.

There is no drivers on the official website for my product and I also have no wifi, all the other things work but it's WiFi, Graphics and USB 3.1 that makes this OS pointless, if someone can give me drivers, that would be much appreciated. Thanks for reading this!

Hi:

You can try these drivers and hope the work.

I don't believe that Intel released USB 3.1 drivers for W7 but the last file I posted is the last W7 USB 3.x driver they released:

Graphics:

Your notebook has an Intel® Celeron® N3060 (Braswell) processor

Thank you! This seems perfect and I will install it! Thank you so much!

Hello! Sadly, the WiFi driver is the only one that works, I didn't try Bluetooth. The Intel High-Defenition (HD) Graphics driver does not work as it doesn't meet system requirements. The USB 3.0 driver seems to pop up with the error "The procedure entry point SetDefaultDllDirectories could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll." I am not sure the Bluetooth driver works

You're very welcome.

Try manually installing the Intel graphics driver as follows:

Go to the device manager, click on the standard VGA adapter (under the display adapters device manager category) or video controller if it is labeled as such elsewhere in the device manager.

Click on the driver tab.  Click on Update driver.

Select the Browse my computer for driver software and then at the bottom of that list, select the 'Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer.

Click on Have Disk and browse to; C:\SWSetup\sp72592\Graphics\106836 (setup information file), click Next and see if the driver installs that way.

See if this USB 3.0/3.1 driver from Dell works.

Intel USB 3.0/3.1 eXtensible Host Controller Driver | Driver Details | Dell US

You can try manually install that driver as well if the auto install doesn't work.

You'll have to browse to the driver folder that is created after you ran the file...probably C:\Dell>

Hello! Manually installing the graphics drivers did not work and it came with this error:

"The driver selected for this device does not support this version of Windows"

Everything was right and when I attempted to run the USB 3.0 file, it came with another error:

"[Location]\Chipset_Driver_WCTXW_WN32_5.0.0.32_A00.EXE is not a valid Win32 application."

Unfortunately, I don't have any other suggestions for you to try.

If you look at the setup information file for the Intel graphics driver, and the readme file that is contained within the graphics driver folder, it shows support for W7.

Driver Version: 15.38.64.4189

Release Version: PV

Operating System(s):

Microsoft Windows* 7 64
Microsoft Windows* 8.1 64

Release Date: April 23, 2015

I. Product Support

Supports Intel(R) Iris(TM) graphics, Intel(R) Iris(TM) Pro graphics and Intel(R) HD graphics on:

Braswell Processor Family

You probably have to make sure W7 SP1 is installed if it works at all.

Check the hardware ID for the standard VGA adapter.

If it does not match any of the hardware ID's supported by the driver, then it won't install.

Hello! The graphic driver sees not support my hardware ID, I really want other suggestions for drivers that may work.

Thanks for helping me with Internet though!

You're very welcome.

Google the hardware ID for your notebook's specific GPU and see what turns up for windows 7 searches.
