after 2 different updates from windows, my HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop PC 13m-bd0000, has lost the drivers for the WIFI module, WebCam and Touchscreen. of course, the pc is 6 mo out of warranty. i have managed to get the driver for the wifi back but the web cam displays a camera icon that can't be moved or dismissed. what a joke of a support team, i have to pay just to call and the virtual help asks if i want help with touch screen issues and promptly tells me my pc is not a printer. never wasting my money again. i have to figure out a way to do my schoolwork now since this is what i bought this pc for.
