Does anyone know what the best approach for wired ethernet connection is on these laptops? I didnt realize that they don't have an ethernet jack, my son is off to college with a Spectre 360. It looks like they recommend an adapter, but I'm not sure if that is via the HDMI or USB? And then what size is the USB jack?
Any help would be much appreciated!
Jeff

USB 3.0 and USB 2.0 are the same size and are backward compatible.
USB 3.0 ports are blue or at least have the symbol (super speed)

Hey:
Just to tell you it has been my problem for a couple of weeks now, I was even thinking of downgrading my windows to 8.1.
I have an apple usb ethernet adapter for my HP Spectre 360 laptop (with pre-installed windows 10) which cannot be detected but a friend of mine just
downloaded this: https://support.apple.com/kb/DL1837?viewlocale=en_US&locale=en_US and installed the asix file and it automatically worked by itself.
