Hello,

I recently purchased the AC 9461 wifi card for my HP Pavilion 15-cs3019nf laptop but it is not detected at all.
I tried the Speccy software => it did not appear
I tried the Intel Driver and Support Assistant => same not detected

I installed the drivers => nothing happend

any idea ?

I updated the bios and the card appeared!!
Advice update the bios from the PC manufacturer site for this type of situation
