Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

A few days ago my wifi randomly stopped working. I looked in the device manager and both the wifi and bluetooth are showing up with a yellow triangle. I tried uninstalling them and then reinstalling their drivers. That did not help so yesterday I wiped windows completely, which that finished this morning but the network and bluetooth still have the yellow triangle.  Intel has a newer driver that I tried installing but it just says the best driver is already installed.

Specs: HP Pavilion, Windows 10 Home 21H1. I wiped using Windows Recovery, which it puts 21H1 on there. I'm pretty sure this update is what killed my adapter. I can't seem to find away to create recovery media with a previous version of Windows. I think it could be a driver compatibility issue. The latest driver from HP is dated 2020. Is there anything I can do? This laptop is barely 2 years old.
