HP pavilion 17 Notebook
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have to reset network adaptor (Broadcom BCM43142 802.11 bgn Wi-Fi Adapter) frequently.  Using the troubleshooter it resolves the issue temporarily but it continues to happen.  It might have something to do with upgrading to windows 10 (system is 64 bit but windows is windows 10 home).   I believe the adapter I reference is for windows 8...HP update tool doesn't sugest any updates to my system or hardware...Help?

Hi

If you run

ipconfig -all before and after the troubleshooting and post both it may tell us what the default fault is.

WinKey + R and type CMD.exe pause

Then. ipconfig -all
