Product: Pavilion x360 Convertible
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I cannot wirelessly connect to the internet. I have done a factory reset. I have reinstalled network adapter drivers (Intel Wireless-AC 9164). I have reset the network. I ran diagnostics software from both HP and Intel. I've tried updating the driver via device manager. Nothing has worked.

 

Currently, the 9164 device and driver aren't even showing up (even when showing hidden files). The only internet connection I can make right now is through USB tethering with my android. 

 

Specs: 

HP Pavilion x360 Convertible

Windows 10, 64 bit
