Hi:
There are no W8 drivers for the model wireless card your notebook has from HP or even the device manufacturer.
If you want the wireless to work, your only option is to connect via ethernet or a USB wireless network adapter so you can do the required updates to W8 and get the free upgrade to W8.1 from the Windows Store.
Then you can use the W8.1 driver for the model wlan card your notebook has.
Here is the link to the W8 ethernet driver...
Download, unzip and run the setup application from the 5th file on the list.
Here are the links to the latest W8.1 wireless and bluetooth drivers for that model wlan card...
The package contains Broadcom Wireless LAN driver for supported notebook models running a supported operating system. Broadcom Wireless LAN driver is required to enable integrated Broadcom Wireless LAN adapter.

This package contains the Broadcom Bluetooth driver for supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system. Broadcom Bluetooth Driver is required to enable Broadcom Bluetooth devices.

Look on the label on the bottom of your notebook.
It is really small and difficult to read. Post the brand and model of the installed wireless driver here in your thread.
Install the Windows 10 driver in compatibility mode. Right-click the installer and select troubleshoot compatibility. Select Windows 8 as the last OS it worked in.
I am curious, was this a notebook purchased with FreeDos?
