Hi:
There is no information regarding what model wifi adapter HP installed in your notebook.
Go to the device manager.
When the wifi adapter needs a driver, there will be a device showing up in the device manager labeled as a Network Controller. and it will have a little ! mark next to it.
Please post the hardware ID for the Network Controller device, so I can figure out what wifi driver it needs.

Hi:
You need these wifi and bluetooth drivers for that model wifi card..
This package contains the Broadcom Wireless LAN Drivers that are required to enable the integrated Broadcom Wireless LAN Adapter in supported notebooks that are running a supported operating system.

This package contains the Broadcom Bluetooth driver and software for supported models that are running a supported operating system. Broadcom Bluetooth 4.0 Driver is required to enable Broadcom Bluetooth 4.0 devices and is compatible with Broadcom Bluetooth 3.0 and earlier versions.

Hi:
Try this version instead...
5.100.82.139

The only suggestion I can offer under the circumstances would be to try manually installing the driver and see if that works.
You can try this method for both versions...
Go to the device manager. Click on the Network Controller needing the driver.
Click on the driver tab. Click on Update Driver.
Select the 'Browse my computer for driver software' option and browse to the driver folder that was created when you ran the driver files.
The folders will be located in C:\SWSetup\sp53663 and 57965.
Try sp53663 first.
Make sure the Include subfolders box is checked and see if the driver installs that way.
