Hey all
My PC decided not to switch on last week, apparently a statue now resolved. Windows needed re-installed by the repairer (Im clueless).
I now find the keyboard will only work very close to the PC and the mouse is staggering and intermittent, also only really working really close. It seems there is a wireless issue in the main machine but as an all in one does this need another repair?
Regards

Welcome to HP support community.
Check with an alternate keyboard and mouse if that works?
If you do not have access to it, check if it works on bios.
- Turn on or restart the computer.
- While the display is blank, press the f10 key to enter the BIOS settings menu.
Run Extensive system test to check for hardware failures.
1. Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the computer.
2. Turn on the computer and immediately press Esc repeatedly, about once every second. When the menu appears, press the F2 key.
3. On the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics (UEFI) main menu, click Component test.
4. Run test on keyboard and mouse.
Let me know how it goes.
To thank me for my efforts to help you, please mark my post as an accepted solution so that it benefits several others.
Cheers.
