So After installing the Network Driver - Realtek RTL8xxx Series Wireless LAN Drivers, it doesn't show up on Device Manager - Network Adapter - Realtek.... (None), the only Realtek showing is the Lan Connection. I don't know what to do anymore, it seems it can't be installed, I tried everything.

Hope someone help

Bring up the device manager and scan for hardware changes. See if your device shows up

Look also for errors that are red or yellow. If they are by the device then the driver cannot be found.

Try showing hidden devices.

Look several other places for the device. Look for unknown, other and even in the USB list.

Let me know what you find out.

I'm thinking the problem is from the hardware. It just very confusing because I just bought this laptop last year.

Does the Wi-Fi pass UEFI diagnostics?

Check to see if there is a hardware problem: Watch this video.

Tap the ESC key after powering on. Tap it once a second after you see the LEDs on the keyboard flash. When you see the startup menu, press F2 to run diagnostics.

If Wi-Fi fails during the UEFI test then Click here to check warranty

If the Wi-Fi is not tested then possibly it is in the updated version of UEFI diagnostics

HP releases newer UEFI diagnostics periodically.
When you select F2 during boot you are requesting UEFI diagnostics.
There is an updated diagnostics package Click Here
Look for the phrase 'issues outside the OS',
Click the DOWNLOAD button.
The version of the UEFI diagnostics is shown at the left of that DOWNLOAD button.
When you press F2 to run diagnostics please ensure the version is the new one.

Any Wi-Fi errors? Is the adapter identified properly?

What is your product ID?

If no failure then windows drivers or file corruption could be the problem.

Let me know what you find out.
