Wireless adapter is always disconnecting

My Wifi always disconnects, I performed all hp tests according to the hp support desk, it doesn't work. I also applied hp PC hardware diagnostics and it gave this error number (GSMA20-8699A6-MFPX6J-88FR13) but I don't find any explanation for this number anywhere.
