Wireless and Bluetooth Driver

Hi,
I have recently installed Windows 7 , 32 bit on my laptop HP 15 af024AU product no . N4F82PA along with Windows 10 - 64 bit.However, I am unable to access the Wifi and Bluetooth connection on Windows 7. Please provide me the solution for the same.Thanks.

Have you tried the drivers on your Support page? Be sure to change OS to Windows 7 if it is not auto selected. Check your Device Manager in Windows 10 to determine which driver you need.

Yes , I tried that page.But its providing only drivers available to 64 bit Windows 7 and not 32 bit Windows 7.

It has been my experience that all of the HP 64 bit driver files also contain the 32 bit drivers, except for the audio and graphics driver files.

However, I am going to give you the latest W7 wifi and bluetooth drivers for the model wlan card your notebook has, which according to the parts list is the Realtek RTL8723BE 802.11b/g/n 1x1 Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.0 combination WLAN adapter.

These are considerably newer than the ones listed on your notebook's support page.

This package contains the driver installation package for the Realtek RTL8723BE/RTL8188EE wireless LAN Controller in the supported notebook models running a supported operating system.

I downloaded both the drivers given by you.After installing your Wlan Driver it gave "Realtek8723BE 802.11 bgn Wifi Adapter installed" but is still not able to catch the available Wifi.

For the Bluetooth driver, it gives "Confirm Bluetooth is enabled in your System.Plug in your device and click OK."Even after I plugged in my device.It says Bluetooth not installed.

It sounds to me like you have a different model wlan card in your notebook than the parts list showed, because both of those drivers should have worked.

That means you must have the Broadcom wireless and bluetooth adapter.

The package contains the Broadcom wireless LAN drivers and utility that are required to enable the integrated Broadcom Wireless LAN Adapter in supported notebooks that are running a supported operating system.

You are dual booting with Windows 10 right? Check your Device Manager in Windows 10 to determine which  Wireless/Bluetooth hardware is installed.

I tried to install the file sp72879 .exe given by you but I am getting the message "Operating System not supported.Setup will now exit.

Unfortunately, I wouldn't know why you are getting that error.
