Hey guys,
Its been about 5 weeks + and i'am having trouble with my wireless connection, everything was working just fine. All of a sudden, it stopped working....I can only use the internet if i connect it via Ethernet cable (which is really annoying) I had to move my desktop computer close to the modem to connect.
My bluetooth and wireless are missing from the device manager's list.
i have tried just about everything.
I have installed Driver Easy to find the problem but nothing came up...just other things like audio to update etc..which i doubt has anything to do with network.
Any help would be much appreciated!
Kind Regards,
Aussie Girl

Could anyone please help
I just reformatted my computer , fresh. and still nothing is working... network adapter and bluetooth are all missing.
I've had no luck as far as being able to install any of the drivers for the network adapter as it gives me an error saying my system does meet minimum requirements followed by a set of numbers (9996).
What are the minimum requirements? Is there something I must install before I am able to continue?
my computer product is HP Touchsmart 310 -1025a Pc
Thank you
