Hello I cannot connect to my Wi-Fi or my hotspots every time I try to troubleshooting it tells me to connect a cable I'm assuming an ethernet cable but I don't have that. When I go to control panel and then to HP wireless assistant it gives me the following error "the device has been disabled by the wireless button to enable this device press on the wireless button" the problem is my wireless button is either broken or not responding because it's not changing when I touch it
