I'm trying to hotspot myself using my elitebook but it's saying my wireless capability is turned off someone please help me turn it on
I've already tried some ways like trouble shooting, updating driver, checking power management but all these aren't working
My ethernet is connected and functioning properly
I am using a physical LAN Ethernet cable

You need to have WiFi enabled and the hotspot enabled. The below is for 11 but 10 should be similar.
Turn on WiFi and the hot spot (they are off below). The shared network would be at 5ghz or 2.4ghz so make sure the connecting devices are in the same band..
