Our wireless connectivity has been poor so recently changed from TalkTalk to EE in the hope the connection will improve.
Because the connection is or has been poor the HP ink message has not been conveyed to HP so while we now have no black ink because we have poor connectivity our shortage is not being captured and we are not getting replacement cartridges.
So we have poor connectivity and now no ink so we cannot use our ;WIRELESS' printer
