Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Hp laptop (10th gen i7) will not connect to my home network (BT Smart Hub 2 router). The same laptop will connect wirelessly to the network at Currys and my works internet.

I can connect all other devices to my home network. These range from Windows and android devices. (laptops, tablets and other smart devices.

All Windows updates are up to date and checked out by staff at Currys. They have also checked the Wifi configurations and all is ok.

Their only guess is that there is a glitch in the laptops wireless card and it will not connect with the BT smart hub so my question is has this been reported before and is anyone aware of an imminent fix??

Your machine has a new and very good wifi card, it can connect to OTHER networks that means nothing wrong with it BUT please check your BT Smart Hub or BT Smart Hub 2 and fix them rather than fixing your machine. How old are your routers ?

Regards.
