Hi, @RahulKeshri25
The answer to your current dilemma is a simple one.
The Ralink RT3290LE 802.11b/g/n 1x1 WiFi and Bluetooth 4.0 combination adapter your notebook has is not compatible with the last couple of builds of W10, and its disappearing act from the device manager is very common.
Nothing will bring it back, except to reinstall W8.1.
You have two options if you want to stay with W10...
1. Replace the internal Ralink wifi card. You may as well upgrade it to this model...
Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260 802.11 ac 2x2 WiFi + BT 4.0 HP Part # 710661-001
There should be several to choose from on eBay in used but tested and working condition. Maybe you can find it on Amazon as well.

Search by the HP part number, not the model of the wireless card.
2. Purchase a USB wifi adapter that is compatible with W10.
