Assuming you have installed the drivers from a workstation package, and the card is showing as installed in device manager, all you need to do after that is go into add roles and features and under features install the Wireless LAN Service then reboot. After restart confirm the WLAN auto config service is running.
Has worked fine on 3 differnt devices ive had with server installed and a wireles card present.
