I ran the latest version of HP Support Assistant (V9.x?) on this unit as I saw a RED Exclamation Point in the Taskbar.  It says I need to update the Windows 10 (WLAN) DHCU drivers.  I tried three times using the utility and it failed. It creates a DOS (CMD) window, executes code, closes the window and then gives the failure message.  I am running Windows 10 V1809.

 

Can anyone help?

Hi, Larry:

 

The only suggestion I can offer would be to install the latest wifi driver for the Intel® Wireless-AC 9560 directly from Intel.
