HP Recommended

Seems like I am having a lot of disconnect issues with all my HPs that have Realtek RTL 8822CE wireless card. They are constantly dropping and disconnecting or roaming between AP's every 10-15 seconds. I have tried many drivers and nothing seems to work . I replaced the Wi-Fi cards on a couple of them to Intel cards and they are no longer having issues. The problem is I have over 300 laptops (440 g5 to g8 models) with RTL 8822 cards.
Anyone else having this issue? Any solutions?
