Wireless keyboard and mouse not working

Hello

I purchased the wireless keyboard and mouse in August last year - product number 1Y4D0UT#ABU - and today they are not working - I have tried two different laptops. I cannot find anywhere on HP website where I can contact them to request a refund or exchange. how am I supposed to get support for this?
