I have a logitech K270 keyboard that only works intermittently. It is the second one I've tried to use with this laptop - with the same problem, it works perfectly well with another, Toshiba, laptop. Logitech have tried various fixes but are now saying it must be the laptop.
It works perfectly well for a couple of days, then begins to stop mid-type and never catches up. Sometimes if I switch off and on again, it will start up again. If I then leave it for a couple of days and use the laptop keyboard, it will work... for a while.
Any ideas.....?

Welcome to HP Support Forums. A really great platform for posting all your questions and finding solutions.
I have gone through your Post and I would like to help
Have you ever tried any other wireless Keyboard on this Laptop?
Please download and run the HP Support Assistant from this Link: https://www8.hp.com/us/en/campaigns/hpsupportassistant/hpsupport.html?jumpid=va_r602_us/en/any/psg/p...
HPSA will automatically search for all the latest drivers for your Laptop
-
Click My devices in the top menu, and then click Updates in the My PC or My notebook pane.
-
Click Check for updates and messages to scan for new updates.
-
Review the list of updates. Updates with a yellow information icon are recommended. Updates with a blue information icon are optional.
-
Click the update name for a description, version number, and file size.
-
Select the box next to any updates you want to install, and then click Download and install.
Also ensure Windows is up to date
Select the Start button, and then go to Settings > Update & security > Windows Update , and select Check for updates. If Windows Update says your device is up to date, you have all the updates that are currently available.
Keep me posted if the issue persists

Hi KrazyToad, thanks for your help.
Unfortunately I work remotely in a very rural location so I don't have access to another wireless keyboard that I can try except for my old K270 which has exactly the same intermittent problem.
I've downloaded and run the support assistant, which appears to run throught the steps correctly (I've run it twice) but gives me no results.
Windows is up to date.

Thanks for keeping me posted.
If it is a Software issue, we can try a System Reset and check if that should fix it
