Hi! I just purchased a second hand wireless Hp keyboard. I had trouble making it work with my Lenovo but after resetting my laptop it worked. But now I’m back to square one, my computer detects the drive and the light flashes but I can’t connect it to the keyboard. I did pair it with another keyboard though (dell), I don’t know how, it’s not even wireless... the batteries are brand new in the wireless keyboard and again, it worked yesterday... I can’t find any driver for that, and I don’t think I need one given it worked without it before. Help!

@Eissacsarah, Welcome to HP Support Community!
Could be the receiver for the keyboard that's not seated properly, try alternate ports, and see if that helps.
If you still have issues, follow the steps from the document HP PCs - Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Connection Issues.
Also, the video - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1c73TThNQFE should help.
Keep me posted.

Hi! Thanks for replying. I’ve tried all the usb receivers on my laptop and followed the steps of the document and video, it still doesn’t work... the receivers seem to be fine because they work with anything else.

This looks like a hardware issue.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options.
Hope this helps!
