Hey,
I have an HP Victus 16 (4H2B4EA#ABU) which I can't seem to connect to any wireless network. I had given it for a warranty claim and now that it's back, it's original issue with the screen is resolved but I'm unable to use the wifi feature. I first tried reinstalling windows from scratch to rule out any driver problems. Then I tried running some BIOS tests which report that the wireless network module is not installed. I took that to mean the wifi card is not installed so I opened the laptop back to see if I could locate the wifi card and it is indeed there and has a cable going to it that's supposed to connect to it. Further, since I mentioned that I got the item back after a warranty claim, the QA passed list provided with the machine says the wireless connectivity was tested and worked just fine. My only guess at the moment is that the wifi card isn't working but if there is something I can try to narrow the problem down, ideally on the software side of the things, please do let me know.
Thanks!
EDIT 1: The Bluetooth is also not available.

You have to ask them again. Your machine is an HP VICTUS 16-e0115nf. Please download and install
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp142501-143000/sp142614.exe
If not working, that could be problem with antenna because its antennas are around its screen and replacing screen may cause the problem.
Regards.

I tried installing this, it opens up a terminal and nothing happens after that.
I tried contacting HP but they have been unresponsive so far. What am I even supposed to ask them at this point? I got this during 2021’s black Friday sale and used it only 6 months before it's screen gave out. The warranty claim and everything took so long it's no longer in warranty and HP has been an absolute nightmare to deal with.

I think I'll just try and replace the wifi adapter, that's the only thing I can think of that can fix the issue. As far as I understand, even if the antennas around the screen were not connected, the card should have been visible in the BIOS or the device manager, and its absence indicates there's something wrong with it. Can you please name the exact model of the Intel or Realtek wifi adapter that should be compatible with my machine?
Thanks
