Hi @Satyadevtiwari_,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds like your HP Pavilion dv6-6121tx laptop is encountering an issue related to its wireless and Bluetooth modules. Here are some steps you can try to troubleshoot the problem.
- Hard Reset: Disconnect the laptop from any power source, remove the battery if possible, and hold down the power button for about 15-20 seconds. Then reconnect the power source and try turning on the laptop again.
- BIOS Reset: Sometimes, resetting the BIOS to its default settings can resolve hardware-related issues. To do this, you usually need to press a specific key (like F10 or F2) during the startup process to enter the BIOS setup utility. Look for an option to reset the BIOS to default settings.
- Check Hardware Connections: Ensure that all hardware components, including the wireless and Bluetooth modules, are properly connected inside the laptop. If you have the necessary skills, you may open the laptop and reseat these components carefully.
- Update Drivers: If possible, try updating the drivers for the wireless and Bluetooth modules. You may need to connect the laptop to the internet via Ethernet or another method to download and install the updates.
- Hardware Failure: If none of the above steps resolve the issue, it's possible that there's a hardware failure with the wireless or Bluetooth module.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
