Hi

I hadn’t used my laptop for some time, and when I powered it on yesterday, I noticed that the WiFi option was missing from the taskbar. I also faced connectivity issues, such as being unable to add Bluetooth devices because the option wasn’t visible. I tried following the recommended steps to check network adapters, but the issue remains unresolved. Additionally, I found that the Realtek wireless drivers for both WLAN and Bluetooth are missing from the Device Manager.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide the latest compatible drivers for my laptop. My operating system is updated to windows 11 version 24 v2, but I was unable to download the latest drivers from the official site.

I need the exact model or the Product ID to locate the factory Wi-Fi driver.
